Techniques for Implant Site Preparation Including Alveolar Ridge and Sinus Floor Augmentation

This presentation will focus on techniques for implant site preparation including alveolar ridge and sinus floor augmentation utilizing recombinant platelet derived growth factor (rhPDGF). A number of case studies will be featured and will include the biology and clinical application of PDGF.
